We developed an independent resource and reserve assessment for the fields and prospects in this Block in Kazakhstan to PRMS standards. We also prepared a valuation of the property for a potential acquisition of equity by the client. The license included a number of small fields along with shallow and deep lying prospects identified through seismic interpretation. The valuation was developed based on independent cost estimates developed using our netco$ter cost estimating software.
