We developed an Independent Resource Report for three onshore licenses in accordance with the guidelines set down by the London Stock Exchange’s AIM and the JSE; a separate report for each exchange was prepared. Each report set out the prospective resources associated with these exploration licenses. A geological assessment, based on regional geological studies, academic papers, scouting reports and where available, gravity magnetic surveys, was conducted to arrive at a basis for determining prospective resources.
