We conducted technical and market due diligence on a pump supplier with specialised skills in designing, fabricating and delivering specialised water injection packages for mature onshore oil and gas fields. The company had a proven track record stretching over 10 years of delivering reliable self-contained for fields in Eastern Europe. Our assessment established whether or not the supplier had developed niche technology that could be delivered to other similar fields around the world. We also assessed the robustness of the company’s current order book and sales forecast in light of the recent halving of world oil prices from $100 to 50USD/bbl.
