We carried out an assessment of historical and planned cost expenditures for this field on behalf of a partner. The historical cost assessment reviewed the costs charged to the field in 2010 and 2011; the cost verification focused on establishing that these costs met expected norms. The assessment of the forward plan focussed on establishing if it provided a reasonable solution; in addition an independent opinion was developed on the 2012 budget for use by the Client in his discussions with the operator.
