We developed an Independent Reserves Report for two offshore exploration blocks in the Democratic Republic of Congo in accordance with the PRMS standard and regulations set down by the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE). The work also included a valuation of the blocks. The Report formed the basis for a successful company restructuring and capital raising process implemented by the Client on the JSE. A key feature of the work was the development of credible development plans for these lake based prospects in a remote area of Africa. We went on to develop a Competent Person Report (CPR) for one of the blocks for a Listing on the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Invetment Market. The report can be viewed via this link.
